Religious Education: Other Opportunities

WORD meets regularly on Monday nights at the church from 7:30-9pm. We have a variety of activities to meet youth at all levels of faith exploration One Monday a month is a large youth group meeting that focuses on topics that are relevant for young Catholic Christians today. One meeting a month is a planning meeting for all youth interested in helping shape our group and deciding what topics and activities we should do. The rest of the Mondays in the month are dedicated to small group Bible/book studies. Specific dates for each month can be found in the Calendar of events. On top of our regular meetings, we participate in service activities, fundraising, and social activities throughout the year.

Getting involved!
Any youth in high school, regardless of religious affiliation is welcome to join us at any time! Come to a large youth group meeting to check us out. Our bible studies are in series, so if you are interested in a bible/book study, look at the calendar of events to see when the next one starts. Anyone can join us for our social activities, regardless of participation in Monday night activities.
